Is Rappan Athuk our of stock? Also, my sidecart has multiple orders of the same items. I meant to order the print/pdf bundles only.

I'm sorry for any confusion with this!

A couple of the Rappan Athuk items in your sidecart should be available, they just seem to have had some processing issues (should be good to ship with your next order now). The Rappan Athuk Bestiary is on backorder, so I'm not sure when it may be available to ship.

I'm not seeing duplicates of any items in your sidecart; the display for bundles can be a bit confusing, however, as it displays the bundle and the components of the bundle.

It looks like the Bestiary is still on backorder, so it is still in your sidecart. Once we do receive it, it should automatically join into the next eligible subscription shipment. I'm sorry I can't give you more concrete dates, but if you'd like to cancel or move the item at any point, just let us know and we'll be able to take care of that for you.

Oh, sorry about that! I assumed you meant the bestiary because everything else had already shipped. Seems like the rest of the original order was sent out on the 21st, and it should have reached you today! According to the tracking link provided in your confirmation email, it was delivered by the local post office a few hours ago.

I won't post the tracking link here for privacy reasons, but you should have it in the confirmation email that was sent to you on the 21st. (If you can't find it, let me know and I'll send it to your email address.) If the shipment was not delivered as the Mail Innovations tracking link says, there should be a "Delivery confirmation number" towards the top of the tracking updates, and that should be the information you'll need if you need to contact USPS.
