Has anyone editted the potion miscability table from 1E to fit better with pathfinder?

im in a campaign where the dm remembered the potion miscability table and wants to use it. My problem is im not a big fan of ripping stuff from other systems that werent made for pathfinder and slapping it on the game thinking everything will be ok. Would like to be pointed to a better table for this made to fit pathfinders rules and maby balance it better in terms of damage for the extremely bad results. If there isnt one any ideas on how to make a balanced table of this?

A quick Google search yields this result. It looks like that was written for 3.5, so it should be reasonably compatible with Pathfinder.
