Seriously. What is the point of Greater Feint? Or even Improved Feint? A Rogue would be better off going with Two-Weapon Fighting, Improved Two-Weapon Fighting, and Combat Expertise... and then going with Improved Two-Weapon Feint (which doesn't even need Two-Weapon Feint as a prerequisite, though it does require an Intelligence of 13 and Dexterity of 17).
Even if you don't think that Greater Feint applies to others (I do) - Greater Feint stacks with Two-Weapon Feint & Moonlight Stalker Feint. The latter two make feinting faster (an attack and a situational swift action respectively - the latter is awesome with Blur/Blink) while Greater Feint makes it work for your full attack and any AOOs.
Even just Greater Feint alone would be quite handy for an unarmed Snakebite Striker who had Greater Trip/Vicious Stomp. The feint would make the trip work more often, and the successful trip would trigger two AOOs - likely a 3rd when they stand up in their turn. All of which they don't have their dex against.
But again - I think that Greater Feint does apply to your allies... because I read it how it's actually written. Using that theory - I plan to take it with a bard who has a rogue in the party. He gives up his rather mediocre iterative attack to lower the target's AC and give his buddy SA. Very useful in his case.
