When are we suposed to get the Kickstarter #1 rewards?

When will we be receiving the printed copy of Thornkeep?

They wanted to make a single shipment to each customer. Last I heard, they were planning on shipping in January, 2013.

My physical rewards appear to be sitting in my January Subscription order.
But I would bet that some will start shipping out before then based on hold selections.
