I was wondering if the Muthic, Unchained, and Psionics books/rules are official Pathfinder rules according to paizo or 3rd party publishers..

Yes, Yes, and 3rd Party.

Mythic and Unchained are official Paizo, but they are optional rules. Unless the GM specifically allows them, they aren't in play.

Psionics is 3rd party and produced by Dreamscarred Press.
