Hi Roberto,
Order 3600654 recently had everything arrive for it an it should be on it's way to you soon.
Order 3576376 looks like it's almost ready to go, except that it looks like we are still having a hard time getting the Townsfolk Children pack.
Would you like that cancelled from the order so the rest of it can ship? I could move something of a similar price over from order 3600654 so they both still get the shipping discount.
Just let us know what you would like done.

Thanks for the update. Fortunately, it looks like everything has come in as of this morning, so these should be able to ship very soon.
For future reference, please note that we don't finalize charges for orders until they are processed for shipping, so if we ever cancel anything from an order, you don't get charged for it. More details about billing and payments can be found here:
