1) the promo miniature is not on the order for some reason.
2) there used to be an option on my account to make sure 1 promo ships with every case but I can no longer find that option. :(

Hello Minis Maniac,

The dragon has been added to your subscription order. You should be receiving an updated email confirmation. The case incentive is supposed to generate into subscription orders automatically. Why it didn't for some subscribers this month is something we are looking into. But there is nothing special you need to do, your subscription is set to generate one.
