I just came back from playing the last part of the retirement arc, the Eyes of the Ten. So this post will include some spoilers about it. In essence I'm asking if I can give my boon to... No, I'm asking for permission to grant a boon I received to another player.
In this light I've considered my own boon, and that how little time I nowadays have to play, I'd gladly part from my boon to allow someone else to benefit from it. To emphasize, I know this is probably not allowed by the rules, strictly speaking, so I'm asking for permission.

It's a rather unique boon, so I don't think campaign regulations have covered it. It's an exception in that it's not a boon used by the character that earns it. So I don't think that campaign rules actually covers this special case.

It is not unique in that aspect, and it still only works on your own PCs. It's not as special of a case as you think it is.

How many boons are there that are earned by a character that's going into retirement?

OTOH of my head I can think of at least one more at character creation boon that's a one shot deal.

Yeah, the problem here is that the boon specifically says "one newly created PC under your Pathfinder Society number" [gains this benefit].
So you would have to get a special permit to give it to someone else, though the procedure would be exactly the same. (Write down the character number there, copy the chronicle, and keep the copy with the new character's other chronicles).

Quite a few, actually. And it's not the only boon earned by one character for use on another.
