My players have their sheets on them, but if I recall correctly...
Xemna, paladin and fledgling goddess, is in the process of building her church/home. She has also "hired" a pair of acolytes - one a homeless girl with claws and a tendency for cutting, and the other a man killed during an incident. She tried to affect the reincarnation using her divine powers, and ended up creating an oracle.
Raziel, inquisitor of Iomedae, is building a training facility for new inquisitors.
Ty-ryl, alleged dwarf, has started a construction business and built a substantial portion of fortress/new wall, as well as an experimental farm. For the latter, he also paid for several redeemed NPCs to retrain into Profession (farmer).
They also dumped tens of thousands of gp into kickstarting the economy and getting Drezen rebuilt... so the Ruined disadvantage didn't last long. :)

We've really expanded upon the kingdom building rules with the PC heading off and fetching more recruits to set up some farmland on the eastern side of the West Sellen River; turning the Lost Chapel into a defensive waystation; building guard towers, orphanage, caster's tower and a fountain of purified water in Drezen so far; among other things.
Basically that whole plateau is slowly becoming more civilised, though I keep emphasising how hard it is to maintain it with frequent armies getting sent out, etc.
