Bizango Warrior???

Aloha friends,
i am looking for some advice/inspiration for a special form of Undead warriors called Bizango warriors like in Voudou/Petro. Maybe an ancient Mwangi-Necromancy-thing.
Special Powers, Abilities, Stats, CR? Surprise me.
I considered a Gaze Attack, Stench and some gross Spell-like abilities.

Well there are juju zombies. There is also the antipaladin class with its rather icky plaguebringer ability (unfortunately that's a little higher level than starters - 5th as I remember, but as a GM you could twist it a bit).
