Hi I'm having a problem of I'm burned out and I'm not sure what to do I dont want to just leave my party hanging till I'm ready to play but its so boring now its just I'm not into it anymore but I don't want to give up on the game but my friends are super into it so I don't know what to do about it but with the playing all the time and starting a new campaign the same day we end one because our previous gm wanted to play a character so I don't know what to do

I would recommend just bowing out for a brief period of time. You will hurt the party more and hurt your friendships more if you start disrupting the games to release your boredom. You should be able to take some time off and have them understand, if they refuse to understand then you are in real trouble. We have individuals drop out and start up again depending on what we are doing.

Also: You missed the correct forum by a mile. This is neither a PFS- nor a GM-discussion.
But if they start a new campaign, isn't that the perfect moment to say "Sorry guys, I need a little bit of down-time, I don't really feel to play anymore?"
Because I think it's much worse to have a player who doesn't really want to play than a player who bows out.

How many players are at your table? If the table is fairly full maybe the GM could use your help planning some encounters or running some of the NPC's.
One of our players in our weekly did just that. She was just not feeling the game and became a GM aid. She constantly got to play new NPC's and kept track of a combat rounds & conditions. Eventually one of the NPC's she played kinda stuck with her and she rejoined as a player.
