Robert Henry: Predominantly characters from Sandpoint or the Inner Sea Region who are going east. Presumably someone could play a descendant of a retainer or ally of the Kaijitsu family who grew up in Sandpoint, but such a character would, like Ameiko Kaijitsu, be enculturated in the Inner Sea.
Being a bit unused to the editing tools for the Paizo messageboards, I'm not sure if I can actually turn this into the real recruitment thread, so don't get spooked if I blow it away and make a new one.
You are going to have to make a new one as it would be easier. People will easily look for your name in the recruitment thread and easily find it, so no worries.

I would love to try an AP that I've hardly heard anything about, but also cause it seems to have some eastern themes I really would like to partake in!

Note that Jade Regent doesn't get very Asiatic until late in the adventure path. Much of the story is about traveling from western Golarion to the east.

I created this elf monk with a connection to the Crown of the World for Pathfinder Society play, but haven't had a chance to play her in any PFS games. I'd be interested in reworking her some and running her.
Reading through the player's guide, I'd probably take the "Rescued" Campaign Trait with Shalelu as the focus or possibly be the younger sister of Shalelu.
Speaking of which, going with Childhood Crush for either Shalelu or Ameko depending on whether I go sorcerer or druid.
Don't expect to be the only one with childhood crush...
Don't expect to be. Just staing it as it's advised in the Players Guide that players coordinate. Of course that's amongst those who get picked.
