Good afternoon! I recently re-upped my subscription to the AP line and received my email confirming shipment of this order, #3447848, on February 11. I still have not received the product and the tracking number provided in the email I was sent confirming the shipment says that shipment info is unavailable for the product.

I'm sorry to hear that. It's looking like we may have had a batch of orders this month that had something (still unknown) go wrong when getting transferred to the mail carrier.
I've set up a replacement for this in your sidecart. If the original shows up in the meantime, please let us know.

The sidecart is for items that are pending to ship with the next subscription order.
Though, I just remembered volume 2 of the AP got pushed back to April (issues from the recent dock strikes on the west coast).
If the original shipment hasn't made it to you by the end of this week, and you need the replacement sooner that the April shipments, please let us know, and we can set it out to ship separately. Thanks!
