How do Beyond Morality and Divine Source mix?
Beyond Morality (Ex)/b]]You have no alignment. You can become a member of any class, even one with an alignment requirement, and can never lose your membership because of a change in alignment. If you violate the code of ethics of any of your classes, you might still lose access to certain features of such classes, subject to GM discretion. Attempts to detect your alignment don't return any results. If a class restricts you from casting spells with an alignment descriptor, you can cast such spells without restrictions or repercussions. If you're the target of a spell or effect that is based on alignment, you're treated as the most favorable alignment when determining the spell's effect on you. Any effects that alter alignment have no effect on you. If you lose this effect, you revert to your previous alignment.
Then Divine Source says you must take alignment domains that match your alignment if you are neutral you are not restricted... but you have no alignment... so then you can take any domains you want, right?
Then what about if you are worshipped? Since you have no alignment does that mean your clerics can be of literally any alignment as long as they follow your tenets, or do they go off your original alignment?

If you actually did that, then yeah, I'd say you can take any domains you want, and you probably could have clerics of any alignment.
And depending on your teachings, they may well all be hostile to each other.
You can have a religion that declares jihads/crusades against its own members, and they ALL get spells, making it all the more confusing!
Hmmm. You probably don't want that, actually.

Imagine the fun you could have (ignore the obvious alignment issues here).
Army of LG Paladins: They believe they worship the One True God.
Army of CE Antipaladins: The too believe they worship the One True God.
Army of CG Paladins: They, like the others, believe they worship the One True God.
Army of LE Antipaladins: I'd tell you that, they too, believe they worship the One True God, but it'd be obvious.
They all meet on a flat plain somewhere, each numbering in the 10s of thousands. When the dust settles:
One True God: Guys, was this entirely necessary? Wiping yourselves out like that? It's almost like you guys are all thinking you're worshiping a different god with entirely different beliefs here. Now, you're all dead due to your idiocy of believing yourself to be right. This God stuff is difficult is more difficult than I thought it'd be, I'll need to figure out how to prevent idiocy like this from occurring again. Ya know, I'll sleep on it. Check back with me on this in a a few 10,000 years or so. Don't blow yourselves up before then!
On an on topic note: I believe the RAW at this point depends on the order you take them. If you take Beyond Morality first, you can in fact, be a God of Law, Chaos, Good, and Evil. Bonus points if you're playing a Wizard with the theme of maintaining balance between Law and Chaos, and Good and Evil.
If you take Divine Source first however, this no longer applies, and without houserules you couldn't change your already selected Domains. Unless you were already an extreme alignment when first taking Divine Source, this would make it impossible to select all 4 alignment Domains.
I'd also like to say that there is precedent for gods with all 4 Alignment Domains. I don't know if there necessarily are in Golarion though, as I've never played in it.
