Battle miniature missing head

Hi, I just purchased a Legends of Golarian pack and the Thrune Agent (#21) is missing its head. How do I go about getting a replacement?

If you purchased it through us, please provide us with the order number from the purchase, and we'll see what we can do.

The Pathfinder Battles miniatures are actually a licensed product made by WizKids. If you purchased them through a retailer other than paizo.com, you will need to contact WizKids about a replacement. Their support page can be found here:
