I was wondering how a few feats work. First I have Powerful shape will that automatically take a wild shaped Large creature for example to Huge (purely for CMB purposes and carrying capacity)?
Second, let's say I (druid) have unarmed strike, improved grappling and greater grappling and I wild shape into a Allosaurus (size: Huge). Do I for CMB purposes/carrying capacity push that up to Gargantuan now because of Powerful shape feat?
Thirdly, suppose the allosaurus has Grab (which it does) that gives me a +4 CMB, I also have improved grapple/greater grappling does that further enhance my CMB by +4 thus giving me a total of +8? Would those stack?

Yes, I think all of that is fine.
Unless I misremember the progression, that makes sense. You boost by one size category. The grab bonus is an untyped bonus, as is greater grapple, so those should stack fine.
I don't know if it's related, but have you looked at the Saurian Shaman? Great if you like dinosaurs...

Saurian Shaman is a bit of a trap.
You can turn into a huge dinosaur at 6th instead of 8th, but delay everything else by two levels.
It's a trap if you secretly wanted to do something entirely different that what it's made for.
If you wanted better summoning and getting your claws dirty, it's exactly right.

Saurian Shaman/rage splash is tons of fun!
Also - Greater Magic Fang with AoMF Bane+Furious = +5 vs. typed enemies. Add in Strong Jaw for extra damage and Stoneskin for defense. My druid hates evil outsiders and constructs.
He also has combat reflexes, wildshapes into a huge allosaurus, casts spider climb and attacks upside-down from the ceiling, taking AoOs and grappling enemies who run through his threatened space.
