Hi Paizo team,

I have a completed order from a while back, that according to confirmation e-mails has shipped on October 24th, but to date, I haven't gotten anything yet. Two of my orders that were made after this one have already arrived weeks ago.

Hi Kris,

I'm sorry to hear that hasn't arrived yet. It looks like this has an estimate of 9 to 36 business days in transit. Some international packages can have a lot of variation in transit time.

If it take the full estimate is looks like it could arrive as late as January 15th or so. If it hasn't arrived by then, please let us know, and we'll see what we can do to help from there.
