The port slowdown is not a factor here; the make good packs were printed in the USA, and arrived in our warehouse many weeks ago. We sent those packs to distribution along with S&S 6; if they got S&S 6, they should have received a bunch of those packs.


Yeah well I will tell them again to ask about the promos but so far they did not get one for S&S. Of course we are only talking the six retail promos. I get the concept. But somewhere along the distribution chain those promos get lost and do not reach German customers.

Just to make that clear: I am not demanding anything I just think it's sad and some part of me imagines that they get simply discarded somewhere because they don't generate a profit for the middle man.

Oh Amazon in Germany has a Date for Deck 6: March 23rd. Hope that my shop will get their batch soon.


I'll have to back up Michael Klaus on this one. Uncles Games and Games and Gizmos - both stores in the Redmond, WA U.S.A. area where Paizo lists their headquarters - don't have the update packs from their distributors.

If you know of a store that doesn't have them, please tell them to ask their distributor for them. We sent *lots*.


I did ask, and they don't have them. I haven't gotten any specifics regarding the nature of their inquiries outside of "we're waiting for them", nor do I know the names of the distributors.

Thanks. I called my retailer again today. They said they use a variety of distributors, two of the names I got from my inquiry were GTS and ACD.

There's not a lot more I can do from my end outside of being persistent with my request for the retailer to follow-up with the distributor. This is a much higher DC than you'd expect, because often I'm having to explain the problem to new people who aren't aware of the make-good packs and have higher priority tasks to attend to.


Just to give you the feed back: It worked out for me lately and I also got the Goblin Buckler promo. So apparently if we customers stay persistent the retailers stay persistent with the distributors, i guess.
(On another note I had a card missing in From Hell's Heart again; I just recently had customer support send me the other five cards that were missing in the sets and decks I bought so far. I guess the first run through will have to do without because that we won't wait two months for the card to arrive.)

Most US retailers do use a variety of distributors.

Our sales team has had a response from GTS Distribution: "We absolutely do have them. We set up item code PZO6014MGP and populated it with inventory. I will get with the reps for these accounts."

So any store that buys from GTS can ask for that product code.
