If you combine these two into one shipment that would be great.
Also, how do I do this in cart now? With the newer set up I cannot find the way to add items to my subscriptions.

These have been combined and you should soon get an updated order confirmation email.
For changing shipping options, are you taking the following steps?:
From the shopping cart, hit the "Proceed to Checkout" button
This should bring you to a section with different numbered buttons that you can click on.
Click on "Step 2 - Shipping"
Click the button that says "Change Shipping Details"
This should should bring you to a page the will display all available shipping options and methods for the order at the time is it being placed.
The system is still being finicky for this with some pre-order items, so if you are having any trouble sidecarting pre-order stuff, just let us know, and we can move it for you. Thanks!
