I recieved an email on 11/21 that the above order had shipped. There is no tracking information after 11/22.

Sorry about that! Sometimes the tracking information through Mail Innovations can have trouble updating or be delayed. Even when that happens, we usually find that it makes it to the destination in the estimated shipping time frame.

It looks like it left on the 21st, with an estimate of 4 to 8 business days in transit. With holidays and such, it looks like we're on about the 7th or 8th business day. Sometimes the post office can get a little backed up during holidays. It's likely still on its way to you. If it hasn't arrived by the end of business on Monday the 8th, let us know, and we'll see what we can do to help from there!


Of course the info updated the next day and I got it Friday.
