First off. I noticed that the order I placed, 3352541 was cancelled I know it was submitted on the last day of the last sale but what happined?

Second, I currently have a pending subscription for November. I have an order for a comic subscription and a comic back issue I would like merged with this and shipped at the same time. Thanks.

Well it looks like combining orders is no longer an option as I just got the message stating that my subscription shipment (minus additions) is now shipping.

I still would like to know why my previous order was cancelled.

Customer Service works from the bottom of the forum to the top to answer threads in the order they were posted. Bumping your thread moves you to the back of the line.

It looks like a very odd bug hit the maps order. I've uncancelled the maps and added the back issue of the comic that was cancelled by a similar but different bug. The comics hasn't shipped yet so I've combined the order and sent you a confirmation email.
