I need some info on the new factions, and I don't know where to get it.
1) Is there a handy 1 page breakdown of the factions somewhere?
2) Is there a converter for older mods, which missions to give to whom?

Dark Archive- Catalog and study dangerous artifacts. Not evil since AR 4113. Hire and make contact with librarians that will survive the process.
The exchange- Make money by trade. Meet new and interesting people and sell them stuff.
Sovereign court: Unite the nobility of the inner sea and foster a sense of noblesse oblige
Silver crusade: Knights in shining armor. This year they're focusing on helping returning crusaders.
Liberty's edge. Free the slaves and ensure FREEEEEDOOOOOOM! for the inner sea.
Grand lodge: House Hufflepuff, loyal to the society as a whole or non aligned, Exploring the scenic mawangi expanse this year.
Scarab sages: Collect and preserve history, especially in Osirion (aka not egypt)
Older missions generally no longer use faction missions, unless they're for fun. They now use the secondary success conditions located Here

To reformat BNW's response into a consistent format, and add the missing faction:
Liberty's Edge uses Andoran faction missions
Silver Crusade uses Andoran missions for the seasons before there was a Silver Crusade faction
Dark Archive uses Cheliax missions
The Exchange uses Qadiran missions
Scarab Sages uses Osirion missions
Grand Lodge uses Osirion missions for the seasons before there was a Grand Lodge faction
Sovereign Court uses Taldor missions
