Urban Barbarian Archetype

So I know this is not PFS legal - but I see no reason for it not to be. Could there be a ruling that the Urban Barbarian type be made legal for the Bloodrager. The Bloodrager has both abilities modified/replaced (although one is named slightly differently). This archetype is not over powered at all.

Just a thought!

Rogue archetypes can be used on a ninja, providing the ninja has all the class abilities which are altered/replaced by the archetype (which isn't many).

With that in mind, I don't see an issue with a hybrid class using one of it's base classes archetypes, providing it has all the class abilities altered or replaced by that archetype.

But it's probably not going to happen in PFS.

Urban Barbarian is legal.

It is, but not what he wants it for. He wants to use it with Bloodrager, which isn't a legal option.

You would be better off asking the PDT to create an urban barbarian-type archetype for the Bloodrager.

This is a rules-illegal option, not a PFS-illegal option.

You best bet (which is still highly unlikely) is to petition the PDT to allow archetypes from Core and Base classes to work with Hybrid classes.

Ah.

Bloodragers can take Bloodrager archetypes, but not Barbarian archetypes, because they are Bloodragers, and not Barbarians.

The "Hybrid" classes are their own thing, and not like the "Alternate" classes, such as Samurai, and Ninja.

You will just have to wait for more Bloodrager archetypes to be released, and hope for the best.
