I ordered a bunch of things from the Great Golem sale early Thursday morning last week, and considering that it's been 10 days, I'd like to ask if there is an issue with the order, or does it just take a ridiculously long time to ship orders? My order number is 2084976. Please let me know the status as soon as is possible :)

I've taken a peek into your order #2084976, and it seems like everything is good to go, it is just taking us a long time to get all of the orders from the Great Golem Sale processed. I don't see anything in particular that would be holding your order up, so no worries!

I'll make sure to give your order a nudge so that it will make it down to the warehouse as quickly as possible. Once they have processed it for shipping, you should receive a shipping confirmation email.
