Building a character off of GM credit and PP purchases

If I have a character I haven't played but is, say, lvl 4, can I spend multiple 2PPs for multiple items up to 750g when building the character?

You can assign up to one purchase for 2PP per chronicle. Notate on ITS which chronicle you're purchasing the item on.

Yes, but you can only get one per chronicle.

As per page 26 of the Guide, "once per session" is your limit.

Luckily for you, if your PC is level 4, that means at least 3 sessions' worth of opportunities.

Ok, I wasn't sure if that meant "one per session" as in I've got to do it at a session or not at all, or if it meant once per chronicle sheet (and thus be able to do it retroactively for GM credit).

That's why I'll generally wait to write down any PP or gold expenditures until I'm ready to play the character.
