Cavalier Battle Herald using Dazzling Display

Advice

Need some help making sure what I'm doing is legal.

The details:
Dwarf (required, shouldn't impact)
Cavalier Gendarme Cockatrice
2) Braggart: Dazzling Display
He does not need a weapon in hand to use this ability.
6) Violent Display:

Benefit: When you land a successful sneak attack or confirm a critical hit against a creature with a weapon with which you have Weapon Focus, you can use Dazzling Display as an immediate action.

Question: Do these two combine so as to allow the Cavalier to use Violent Display or other Dazzling feats without the requirement of Weapon Focus since the Braggart can use any weapon or even no weapon? RAW would imply no, but I was looking for a cogent argument in the affirmative.

Question: Violent Display is hard to find information about. D20 adds the following text:
Prerequisite: Dazzling Display, Weapon Focus, base attack bonus +6.
Special: This feat is available to weretigers, weretiger-kin and those who associate with these creatures.
Is this Violent Display available to everyone or only those associated with weretigers?

Cleric Evangelist:
1) Sermonic Performance: This ability is similar in all respects to bardic performance as used by a bard of the same level (including interactions with feats, spells, and prestige classes), using Perform (oratory) as the evangelist’s performance skill.
a. This allows me to complete the requirements for Battle Herald without taking Bard.

Battle Herald requirements met.

As the feat states it should only be for those associated to weretigers and weretiger-kin. But it does not state what constitutes association in this case.

If your backstory includes some weretiger-kin half-brother with whom you grew up, is that association? I don't know.

I guess for PFS it is only for those creatures spelled out.
