I entered the security code on my credit card incorrectly, and now I can't pay with it. I've deleted it, and added it as a payment method two or three times, and when I try to check out it is declined. I haven't been prompted to reenter the security code.
Is the related to a pending order or something in that was in your shopping cart? In reviewing the pending orders, it looks like the card has now been approved on our side.
And, while I'm looking at things: would you like the pending orders combined into one order?
