I've sent two emails to info@ups-mi.com with no responses. Is it still too early to be worried about a lost package? There's no projected delivery date, either.

Sometimes when shipments go via Mail Innovations, it can take a little while from when they reach the post office. Unfortunately, we do not have any way to track the package once it leaves the post office.

I have set up a replacement for the order in your sidecart. If the original package shows up, please let me know and I will cancel the replacement. Otherwise, your new book will be shipped out with this month's upcoming subscription shipment.
