In the settings of internet explorer (only option currently) there is the option of displaying the errors that are incurred as the web site is accessed. Currently I'm most concerned about the 3rd error when trying to access the prd rules. The result is all of the links on the left side disappear. The error seems to be related to javascript (normal culprit in my experience). Try posting the errors that occur in chrome and maybe we can help. I currently don't know how to fix my error, but it's fun trying.

Micro$oft script fix Apparently the error occurs on other computers on the network I am on. I am assuming that the error is due to the security settings that I don't have control over. Could that be your problem?
