I would like to get a clarification added to the FAQ which states that favored class bonuses which add spells known also add them to your spell list. Favored class bonuses aren't class features as they don't appear in the "Class Features" section of any class description. Soa s the FAQ currently stands the following favored class bonuses don't work because they add spells known without adding them to the class's spell list and are not added by a class feature of that class.
Wayang from the ARG:
Bard: Add one spell known from the wizard's illusion school spell list. This spell must be at least one level below the highest spell level the bard can cast. The spell is treated as being one level higher, unless it is also on the bard spell list.
Oracle: Add one spell known from the wizard's illusion school spell list. This spell must be at least one level below the highest spell level the oracle can cast. That spell is treated as one level higher unless it is also on the oracle spell list.
Half-elf/half-orc/human from the ACG:
Shaman: Add one spell from the cleric spell list that isn’t on the shaman spell list to the list of spells the shaman knows. This spell must be at least 1 level below the highest spell level the shaman can cast.

I still don't understand why they just didn't say Eldritch Heritage doesn't let you get wizard/sorcerer spells that aren't on your list. This FAQ broke a lot more than it fixed, and its super transparent they nerfed this solely because of the Shaman Lore Spirit ability, to make it more desirable.
FAQ'D.

For the sake of keeping up on the subject, what else got broken?
I don't remember off hand. There's a thread on it though somewhere that Mark was keeping up with, hundred + posts if I remember right. There was about half a dozen features that were now broken when last I visited the thread. Someone may have a link though, but I didn't comment in that discussion so don't know where its at.
