Sorry for any confusion! It's been a pretty confusing month for us a well, so no worries!
You should have gotten an email from us on the 27th explain what happened with the Character Add-On Deck. To sum up, we had some unexpected manufacturing issues with that, so are not able to ship then at this time. We will be shipping them as soon as possible, which will hopefully be with an upcoming subscription order.
As for the Class Decks, yours are still in a separate order to ship as soon as they are available. Because of the other manufacturing issues with those, those will also hopefully be SOON, but we do not have an exact ETA. Basically, we're all still waiting in information and shipments from the printer.
