Two questions

First question: My subscription estimated shipping is still showing two base sets for PACG. I should not be getting base sets for PACG, only the add-on deck and deck 2 (and all of the promos). This is showing correct on the subscription section, I just want to make sure there will not be an authorization charge on my credit card for $150 on September 9th.

Second question: I bought a gift certificate and redeemed it for store credit to cover my August/ September shipments for PACG and have it set to use store credit. Should there even be a credit card authorization done if I have enough available store credit?

Hello Greyhawke,

I've checked into your account and I do not see the Base Set getting ready to ship to you. I just see the Character Add-On and promo cards in your sidecart.

If you look towards the top of the Example Subscription page, there is a little red warning text to let you know that we are having some display issues with that page. The best indicator is to check on your order once we generate September subscription orders, which should be towards the end of next week.

As for the store credit, I do not believe that it should try to authorize your card. If it does, the authorization will just be temporary and expire within a few days. We have been having a few issues with store credit recently, so let us know if you see something that looks incorrect.

I generally try to ignore the example shipping text but with the September 9th date there approaching, I wanted to check as there isn't any other indication of what charges are coming in September. Holding $50 for a few days isn't a big deal. Holding $150 could be more of a problem.
