Hello,

I was wondering what is going on with these two orders. I understand that there are items in the orders that are pre-orders. Those aren't the items I am asking about. I haven't heard anything about those items that are currently in stock being shipped.

It looks like the card sleeves are the only item marked as unavailable in order #3212997, and the other order has got a few things holding it up.

The easiest solution seems to be putting the delayed products in your sidecart to await future subscription shipments, then combine the rest of the ready-to-go items from these two orders and get them out to you ASAP.

Please let me know if that would work for you, or if you would prefer another solution. No matter the case, I will be sure to get it taken care of as quickly as I can. Okay, I have moved all delayed items to your sidecart, and combined everything else into order #3192087. I sent you an updated confirmation email, but then realized that the shipping was a little bit wonky, so I fixed it and then sent you another confirmation. The later one should be the most accurate, but you can always double-check the order on your account.

I will get this stuff processed and sent out to you as quickly as I can. If you have any questions i the meantime, just give us a holler.
