I am quite new to Pathfinder and Paizo so i would first like to say Hello.
In the currant campaign I am in I have created a Vivisectionist/Lore Warden to play out the fantasy of a Witcher.
I came across the Feat (Master Alchemist) where it says "whenever you make alchemical items or poisons using Craft (alchemy), use the item’s gp value as its sp value when determining your progress (do not multiply the item’s gp cost by 10 to determine its sp cost)."
Does this Feat work with the Discovery (Infuse Mutagen)?
"When the alchemist creates a mutagen he can infuse it with an extra bit of his own magical power. This inflicts 2 points of Intelligence damage to the alchemist and costs 1,000 gp in rare reagents, but the mutagen created persists on its own and is not rendered inert if the alchemist creates another mutagen. This allows an alchemist to create different types of mutagens and keep them handy for emergencies. This does not allow an alchemist to gain the effects of multiple mutagens—only the most recently imbibed mutagen has any effect."
I am curious if that cuts Infuse Mutagen's cost to 1000sp instead of its 1000gp?

The second question I have regards an extract. I probably know the answer is No it doesn't work but it does not hurt to ask.
The extract in question is (Alchemical Allocation).
"This extract causes a pale aura to emanate from your mouth.
If you consume a potion or elixir on the round following the consumption of this extract, you can spit it back into its container as a free action. You gain all the benefits of the potion or elixir, but it is not consumed. You can only gain the benefits of one potion or elixir in this way per use of this extract."
Does this extract work on Other Extracts or Mutagens or is it strictly potions and elixirs?

1. No, that's not what Master Alchemist does. Master Alchemist messes with the craft rules, essentially letting you make stuff ten times as fast. Normally the Craft rules (very briefly) work by multiplying the items cost by 10 (to convert to silver pieces) and then each time you make a check, you make your skill check times the Craft DC in progress in silver pieces. When that total is equal to or higher to the total cost of the item in silver pieces, it's done. Master Alchemist means you don't convert the items cost to silver pieces, so everything gets done ten times as quickly.
2. It's just potions and elixirs. It's probably best if you don't think of extracts and mutagens as being anything like potions. There are a number of rules that interact with potions (Fast Drinker, Potion Glutton, etc), and I can't think of any that are also designed to apply to extracts or mutagens.

The discovery Extend Potion from the APG specifically calls out that it doesn't work with extracts but neither Alchemical Allocation nor Amplify Elixer which are both from the same book have the same wording so by RAW I would say both of them work with extracts.
Potion Glutton says "Benefit: You can drink potions, elixirs, or other potables as a swift action without provoking attacks of opportunity."
Alchemist's Alchemy ability says "Extracts are the most varied of the three. In many ways, they behave like spells in potion form..." and "An extract is “cast” by drinking it, as if imbibing a potion..."
There is nothing that says they should not be considered potions or especially "other potables" regarding the Potion Glutton feat. Even with this though all you are getting is the ability to drink a potion as a swift plus a move action rather then a standard since you still have to draw the potion.
Fast Drinker doesn't actually mention potions at all and is specific to alcohol and only when used to gain ki so I do agree that would not effect extracts.
