Hero Lab and changing factions...

Hero lab is not stacking the Fame for the new faction with the old retired one. I had to finagle this with Grog when he left Shadow Lodge, now I have about 15 characters to do this with.

Does the autochange to the new faction stack the fame with the old faction? I assume it does. Does it stack with the free change?

I know it wouldn't with a regular faction change within the rules.

So, looking at a particular, one has to create two journal entries to switch over the fame/prestige to the new faction. - prestige to the old, + prestige to the new.

Or... you can create one entry .. Call it for ex. Andoran Faction rollover, then enter the total amount of prestige earned and total amount of prestige spent for the new faction.

Actually what Richard says is pretty much the instructions given in hero lab itself. Open up the faction dialog box and choose any of the "former" factions. It gives instructions on creating a rollover entry like Richard describes.

I think the journal and prestige stuff in hero lab can also be used outside of PFS (weird right?) where you can gain prestige with more than one faction/organization.

I know you can change factions and pay for that, but does it cost you when you have to choose a new faction due to retirement?
