I bought a copy of the Rise of the Runelords Base Set, from Spirit Games, the store attending PaizoCon UK.
On examining it, I have found that the cards in the sealed Chapter 1 set are repeated, ie, the two decks are identical, so the set includes two copies of unique NPCs such as Nualia and Gogmurt, and the scenario locations.
The clue that this is not supposed to be the case, is that there is a dogslicer card illustrated on the box, and that does not appear in either of the identical decks, so this (with the duplicated 'uniques' seems likely the two decks should be different.
How should this be handled?
Is this forum only for items purchased through the online store?
Do I need to contact the UK store, for them to contact you?
And if I can't find the receipt, is there a way to order a replacement for the AP1 decks (not the full box set)?

If you purchased an item through another retailer, the the first step you need to take is to contact the original retailer for an exchange or replacement. (They should then be able to get a replacement or credit from their distributor, then their distributor can get a replacement or credit from us).
If they are unable or unwilling to assist you for some reason, please let us know, and we'll see what you can do to assist you from our side.

The problem I have is that the retailer isn't local, I bought the set on holiday, so it potentially involves several back and forth messages between me, the retailer, the distributor, then yourselves.
I was hoping to avoid the chain.
I'll give it a try, and see how I go.
I don't know if I still have a receipt, if that's a problem, I'm willing to pay for a replacement deck, however much that may be. The rest of the box set seems fine.
