Wanted to provide feedback:

I have ended up not shopping at Paizo lately because of your credit card service.

I use American Express for almost everything. For those who don't take American Express I use my debit card. However your site appears to only accept credit cards, not debit cards and consistently rejects my cards (two different cards from two different banks). In other circumstances I have encountered this, I have at least been able to use PayPal, but not even that option is available.

Based on all of this, I have been going to third party sites to get my Paizo products and have no subscriptions.

That sounds...unusual. We can usually take most debit cards just fine. I would be glad to look into this further for you, and see if we can identify any specific problems (I can think if a couple potential common problems, plus our website has had some bugs related to some new payment methods lately, which the tech team has been trying to squish).

Unfortunately, neither PayPal or American Express are a feasible option for us at this time. I'm sorry for any inconvenience with that. But we would be glad to look into the card issue further.

If you have something in a shopping cart, and it's not going through, let me know, and I can investigate from our side.

It looks like your problem is likely related to the billing address that is saved to your card on our site. Before trying to submit this order again, please double check that the billing address on your Paizo.com account exactly matches the billing address on file with your bank. Our credit card processor is really picky, so please double check things like capitalization of letters, abbreviations, etc. If you are having trouble updating it on your side of the system, feel free to send your address (exactly as your bank displays it) via email, and we can make the correct changes on our side of the system.
