There's the Transformative weapon property, but at 10k a pop, not really worth it for those weapons. I seem to recall there being a spell that lets you transfer enchantments, but I don't know what it is. Also, given the relative similarity in size between a dagger and a kukri, you could possibly persuade your GM to let you make a Craft check to reshape the metal without losing the enchantment.

A transformative weapon could transform into any weapon of the same general size. Unfortunately, spells like fabricate and polymorph any object both stipulate that they only function on nonmagical items, so I think the only alternative would be to ask your DM about allowing you to Craft the daggers into kukri while retaining the enchantment...

Non-Euclidean space. If space is sufficiently warped, the daggers will assume the desired shape. There may be somewhere in the Far Realms that'll sort that out. Of course it'll probably be temporary, and everything else will be similarly misshapen*, so this wouldn't be my first course of action. Also, Cthulhu.
