Elementalist wizard spell list on a "druid"

I am designing a alternate class for the druid that is basically an elemental shaman, I am considering replacing the druid spell list for the elementalist wizard spell list and have the spells be cast as divine magic. Would this be unbalanced? Can you think of a better fit?
Elementalist spell list.

Yes. A druid can take heavy armor proficiency and walk around nuking things in stone plate. Completely circumventing the "divine spells don't deal as much damage" thing is bad.

That said, if you want something of an elemental shaman:

Druid base spell list is good.

1: Choose one of the wizard elemental schools of magic, gaining an additional spell slot per day which may only be used to prepare a spell from that school. Gain the powers of that school including requiring two slots to prepare spells of the opposition school. Substitute Wisdom for Intelligence and Druid level for Wizard Level. This ability replace's Nature's Bond.

2: Replace Wild Shape (and each time it improves) with "Add one wizard spell of any level you can cast to your druid spell list, this spell must deal elemental damage."

Keep remainder of druid abilities.
