I'm not sure - I find it very easy to convert PF monsters to S&W, I just make sure the "key feature" of the monster is translated. At higher levels you'd have to do something about the hit points, over 100hp is enormous in S&W.
I don't have my PF to 2nd ed AD&D conversions in front of me but a good rule of thumb is removing stat bonuses from creatures: to hit for str (and damage bonus), extra hp for high Con and reduced AC from taking out Dex mods - works for saves and monster DC effects.
All of a sudden the beasties deflate really fast - works for 1e or 0e rather well.
Monsters with class levels are slightly harder - just treat them as higher HD versions in addition to class abilities given by the added class.
The HD change will take of: to hit values and saves. Which are really what class levels in PF add (in addition to abilities).
Ex a an Ogre with 4 levels of Fighter would be a 8 HD ogre with 4th level fighter abilities in an older edition game (with appropriate abilities reflected by the particular game system - 0E, 1st or 2nd ed).
