Damage Rolls

Suppose I have a flaming longsword that deals 1d8 slashing damage and 1d6 fire damage. If the bard in my party casts Inspire Courage, which grants a +1 status bonus to damage rolls, do I add that to both the 1d8 slashing and 1d6 fire... for a total of plus 2? Or is the weapon damage of 1d8 slashing the only "Damage Roll" here?

Thanks!

The entire Weapon Damage Roll is done together so you'd simply add +1 although determining if that 1 damage is Slashing of Fire is still something I'm not certain of.

I agree. From the text of the Flaming Rune the fire damage is called out as additional damage added to a strike. That pretty clearly places it under the "+ bonus damage" in the damage roll calculation formula on page 451 of the Core Rulebook.
