I'd like to see more:
2) Scenarios that gives benefit for mounted characters and allow to shine in 3d. There are scenarios, that are focus on tight group and close quarter fights. I'd like to see scenarios, where paladin & cavalier might use their mount, bows win over crossbow because of range increment and other rare stuff.
Sometimes I wonder why mounted classes even exist, given the amount of obstacles thrown up against mounted combat.
3) I'd like to see a specific scenario, which can be played only by low-level dead character. In developing area, it takes time to fully upgrade a character to point it can be raised dead. Having some "Unrested agent" which completes a secret mission in Boneyards of Pharasma (or small garden of other gods) to help his living friends would be totally awesome. Upon completion of such mission, character might become a guardian angel and keep on waiting for more "Unearthed" scenarios.
This would be very neat. It might even be possible to get a Raise out of it, but one PC per player only. As a way of recovering a PC you really like that was just a bit too low level to get Raised normally.

Make it a one-time resurrection instead, for those of us who were . . . well . . . reduced to dust.

Delve the depths under Kaer-Maga... discover more back-story on what the city was originally. :-) Then, have the PCs accidentally unleash a host of Dark Tapestry horrors on the world... :-D
Honestly, I would just like to see a variety of missions... some of them revisiting favorite locations (Blakros Museum for example) but some new ones too.

I'd say "Get out of my head, Paizo" but I'm quite happy with this turn of events.
Carry on, Paizo. I voluntarily fail all saves to detect thoughts.

I love the idea for a scenario for low-level dead characters that might give them a chance to be raised. This would be a fun one to write as well, but I don't have enough Knowledge History of the Pathfinder Society to pull it off.
I think that the dead players should be met by a famous (and now dead) Venture Captain who gathers their souls together for their mission briefing.
The group gets to attempt to save a group of living pathfinder NPCs -- maybe iconics? -- going into certain doom. (Harsk should not be on this mission, since the PCs might refuse to save him...) Some of this might involve combats with other spirits -- and some of this might involve negotiating with creatures from other planes in order to get boons to help the living party that you are following.
If we could have some random encounters, this could become a mission like the Confirmation that changes each time you play it.
For this one there should be NO treasure, and no boons other than the ability to bring your character back from the dead if you succeed.

I would like to see more of Valais Durant! Seriously, this NPC is probably one of the most interesting ones I've seen in PFS.
Y'know after we delivered her to the local leadership, I just assumed she got a cushy appointment at the recently vacated office. I wouldn't mind catching up with the gal though...

My Wayang Beastmorph Alchemist who specializes in body modifications fell instantly in love and asked her out. I'd love to see her show up again.
