I'm sorry you're having trouble changing the payment method. It seems the system is being a bit finicky about this right now.
If you would like to call us when the phone lines are open (Monday through Friday, from 10am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time), we can change the payment method over the phone.
Alternatively, if you would like to email us at customer.service@paizo.com the last 4 digits of the card that you would like to use, we can check to see if the card is stored in the system, and just not sticking as the preferred card.
