Now that the Advanced Class Guide has been out for a while, I think I'll engage in a bit of Thread-cromancy.
Warpriest looks a bit promising, getting swift-action empower spell on them, with no level cost. Add in one level ontop of the above Skald healer, and swap Maestro of the Society with Magical Knack, and it looks like 1d8+14 is possible, 13 if you aren't allowed Rescued(Koya).
Life Shaman also has some good choices, getting some of the Oracle's Revelations on top of the Healing Hex(which functions as the CLW spell, so still could be used with things like Blessed Touch), and Channel Energy(and some pretty sweet spells).
