I had upgraded to the full $100 print pack for the Emerald Spire but I haven't received anything yet. Just wondering what's up. Thanks .

When the emails were sent out to log in and finalize your pledge, did you get a chance to do so?

If you did, this is probably the right place and they can check on the status for you.

If you did *not*, then as helpful as the Paizo customer service people are, it's completely out of their hands and you'll almost certainly need to deal directly with the folks over at goblinworks.com.

To elaborate on gbonehead's comment:

From what I can see in the system right now, it looks like you attempted to add the Print Pack Add-On on June 6th, which was after it sold out on May 29th.

If that is not the case, please emails with more details, and we can do some further digging.

If that is the case, you will need to contact Goblinworks to see if they can do anything on their side. They can be reached at customer.support@goblinworks.com.
