Example Subscription Shipments Display Errors

We've been receiving lots of questions about what is showing up on the Example Subscription Shipments section of the My Subscriptions page, so I figured I should let people know what's going on:

Our system is currently experiencing some display issues which are affecting part of the My Subscriptions section of many Paizo.com accounts. This means that under the Example Subscription Shipments section, our system is bundling everything together and showing the wrong shipping date. For some people it has said late July, for other it has said August. Please disregard the Example Subscription Shipment section of your Paizo.com account for the time being. We are having our tech team look into the cause of this display error, but we are unsure of when it may be fixed.

In the meantime, subscription shipments should still be on their normal schedules.

Additionally, if you scroll down further on the My Subscriptions Page, to the My Subscription section, that area will most likely display a more accurate representation of the upcoming releases for your subscription(s).

IF YOU HAVE RECENTLY STARTED A NEW SUBSCRIPTION, AND IT IS SHOWING THAT YOU ARE RECEIVING AN ITEM THAT HAS ALREADY RELEASED/NOT THE ITEM YOU WANT TO START WITH:
Please let us know (preferably in a new thread or via email at customer.service@paizo.com). At this time, it does not appear that the system will actually start with this item, or ship it, and seems to just be a display error. But we would rather be safe than sorry, and make sure that your subscription gets started correctly.
