Psiconic class comb question, Soulknife / Aegis which to take first....

Why the question of which to take first you ask? Because the 1st lv Soulknife's bonus feat 'wild talent' can be wild talent or psiconic talent depending.

So do it make difference which class to take first?

Wild talent as far as I know is the only way to get access unlocked talent feat.

No very coherent but I hope you can understand it enough to answer :- )

1st level Aegis because armor is expensive and you get a stat boost.
3 levels in Mind blade and grab the "Fighter's Blade" Feat
2 more Aegis levels
Take 7-17 in Metaforge PrC and grab the feat similar to Fighter's blade, but for astral suit

That's how I'd build my Metaforge because it's more cost effective to get your weapon scaling up before your armor scaling. The first level in Aegis gives a lot, so it makes a better first level.

Also remember that a lot of Blade Skills don't have a level requirement, so using the additional blade skill feat a few times to get Blade skills better than feats is a good idea.

If you take Aegis first does wild talent become psionic talent when you take your Soulknife level? Which would then proclude you from taking the unlocked talent feat, if you had wanted to.

2 aegis
3+4 soulknife
5+6 aegis

In my opinion, yes, if you take Aegis first you are a psionic character (as you have PP), and thus gain Psionic Talent instead of Wild Talent when you take Soulknife.

So if you wanted Unlocked Talent, I suggest taking Soulknife first.
