Assuming Aroden died, what happened to his body?
I don't think there is an official anwser to your question.
But look at the servant of Pharasma Echo of Lost Divinity. I don't know if we can assume that it's only a spirit form or also a "body"

We're never going to say how Aroden died. Or really, even if he was actually killed or simply died as a result of some other event.
Having quoted that, I have (in person, not a quote I can post) heard a Paizo staff member say that Paizo *does* have a "correct" answer, it's just not one they are ever going to share.
