Ultimate Campaign Downtime - Upkeep Phase?

I am looking over Downtime section in Ultimate Campaign and I cannot make heads nor tails over the PHASE 1 of Downtime. Here is the line:

"Phase 1—Upkeep: Pay costs associated with maintaining completed buildings and organizations."

Problem is I cannot find anywhere as to how much it costs to maintain buildings/organizations? How much does it cost?

None of the buildings or teams released in UCamp have any upkeep costs. All deductions are accounted for in the bonuses they provide. However, Paizo might wish to release new buildings/teams in future supplements that have an upkeep cost, so the phase is included to allow them to be included without needing extra rules.
