It's coming around again, thanks to all the Veterans that celebrate this day in the lands down south.
Have just gotten home from doing a dawn service, the morning march in the city and a concert in the afternoon for the local RSL.
Long day, but worth the effort.

Realy? I wrote letter to editor commenting we have failed to learn in the last century that if wars were worth fighting politicians would be front and centre, ate some Anzac biscuits, and thought about my six great uncles who either died in the first and second world wars or were destroyed psychologically by their participation in those wars in the years following...and the loss inflicted on family left behind.
